Andrew has designed, built, and run massive scale, live-service games for Machine Zone, Electronic Arts, and Scopely–leading large development teams as a studio leader, production driver, and creative vision holder.

With more than a decade of experience, Andrew co-founded Thousand Facets with the goal of bringing innovative designs and experiences to underserved audiences.

With over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry, Nathan Spencer brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for game design. He built the initial prototype and led the teams responsible for the acclaimed Game of War and its successful clones, and has shared his expertise on designing scalable game worlds at events like GDC.

Now, Nathan has co-founded Thousand Facets to pursue personal passion projects, focusing on mobile games with social features pulled from his years of experience making MMOs.
